• Sleep Shaping Support and Personalized Plan: I'll guide you through sleep shaping techniques designed to help your baby develop healthy sleep habits. Each plan is personalized to meet your baby’s unique needs, setting the stage for restful nights ahead.
• Snack Prep for Mama: Nourishment is key during this time. I will prepare nutritious snacks tailored to enhance milk production and get you energized for the day. Think peanut butter energy bites and overnight oats—all ready for you to enjoy. I will send a list of ingredients needed and prepare them in your home.
• Feeding Assistance: I'll bring your baby to you for feeds, making nighttime feeding as seamless as possible. Your comfort is my priority!
• Sanitization of Bottles and Pump Parts: I'll take care of cleaning and sanitizing all feeding equipment, so you can focus on bonding with your baby without worrying about the mess.
